In implementation of EU regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data and its purposes.
Data collection takes place through registration by completing the form on the MEDMAR website at http://www.medmargroup.it/index.php?route=information/contact/job and, in compliance with the GDPR, the processing is based on principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.
Your personal data is used for selection procedures, in particular, to proceed with the verification of the prerequisites for selection, hiring and/or for possible work collaboration, as per your request.
1. Personal data subject to processing
In particular, the personal data in question concerns: Name, address or other personal identification elements, work-related data, social security data, educational and work curriculum.
2. Data considered "special"
On an eventual and exceptional basis, the Controller may become aware of the possible belonging of the Data Subject to protected categories or other personal data falling into the category of "special" data, such as those suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature; as well as personal data suitable for revealing health status and sexual life. The provision of data is optional and is left to the will of the candidate who, without any solicitation from the Controller, presents their curriculum vitae and completes the form. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to proceed with the verification of the prerequisites for selection procedures, hiring and/or for starting a possible work collaboration with the Controller.
3. Methods of data use
Personal data can be processed, in addition to electronic means, also with non-automated tools, and the processing is carried out only with operations, as well as with logic and through forms of data organization strictly indispensable in relation to the above-mentioned obligations, tasks or purposes. Data is collected, as a rule, from the data subject.
4. Scope of data circulation
The data can be used by Controller personnel who have been assigned a specific role and who have been given adequate operational instructions in order to avoid losses, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data itself. Your personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within the company organization, need it due to their job or hierarchical position. Third-party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Controller may also use the data, the latter acting as external data processors and under the direction and control of the Controller. The updated list of Data Processors is available by sending a request to privacy@medmarnavi.it.
5. No communication or dissemination of data
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties nor will it be disseminated to unspecified subjects.
6. Transfer of data abroad
Your data will not be transmitted abroad.
7. Data retention times
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the selection of the candidate and in any case not beyond 18 months from their collection except for the possible establishment of an employment and/or collaboration relationship.
8. No need for consent
Your consent to processing is not necessary as the processing concerns data contained in curricula spontaneously transmitted by the interested parties for the purpose of possibly establishing an employment/collaboration relationship. The same applies to any special data transmitted in the same way by the interested party, for which consent is excluded by current national and European Union legislation.

The Data Controller is MEDMAR, with registered office at via A. De Gasperi, 55 - 80133 Naples - Italy.
10. Data Protection Officer
The Company uses a data protection officer (Data Protection Officer "DPO"), Dr. Rovena Ceccobelli.
11. Exercise of rights
At any time you may have access to your personal data, obtain its rectification or cancellation, or limitation of processing in cases provided for by law, or you may object to their use in the presence of a legitimate interest of the Controller or you may exercise the right to data portability, in permitted cases, as well as you may obtain the updated list of Data Processors. We also remind you that you also have the right to file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response to your requests according to law.
