Boarding presentation terms

We remind all passengers that, as provided by our Transport Regulations, it is essential to respect presentation times to ensure regular and efficient boarding.

• Vehicles already with tickets must present themselves for boarding at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Passengers with tickets must present themselves for boarding at least 15 minutes before departure.
• For online or telephone reservations, it is mandatory to check-in at the ticket office at least 60 minutes before departure.

After the indicated times, boarding cannot be guaranteed.

Finally, we remind you that to purchase a ticket or to check-in a vehicle it is necessary to present the original vehicle registration document.

Respecting these indications allows everyone to travel more peacefully, punctually and organized.
