PASSENGERS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

To ensure proper assistance, please notify boarding at least 48 hours before departure by contacting the company call centre. Aids for PRM passengers are available on board Medmar ships; the full list can be consulted on this site. Our crews can provide assistance for boarding, escorting to reserved seats and during the voyage.

TICKET VALIDITY

Travel tickets are valid for the date, route, time and type shown on them; they cannot be used on subsequent sailings; tickets may be modified up to one hour before departure at portside ticket offices; bookings may be modified on this site or via the call centre.

BOOKING CHECK-IN

For online or telephone bookings, check-in must be completed at portside ticket offices at least 60 minutes before the booked departure. Vehicle drivers and resident passengers must present their vehicle registration document or ID documents.

DURING THE CROSSING

For safety reasons you cannot return to your vehicle during the crossing; we recommend bringing with you the personal items needed for the voyage; if travelling with vehicles, after parking them as instructed by onboard staff, engage the handbrake and a gear and switch off the alarm.

DISCOUNTED FARES FOR ISLAND RESIDENTS

Medmar offers special fares, for passengers and vehicles, to residents of Ischia and Procida: to qualify it is essential to show valid ID documents or the vehicle registration document at the ticket office.

PETS

On Medmar ships the transport of pets is permitted, small pets only, provided they are kept on a lead or carried in a pet carrier; pets must in any case be kept outside the passenger lounges.

DISEMBARKATION BANS

For the islands of the Gulf of Naples, during the summer season measures are in force that restrict disembarkation and circulation of certain types of vehicles; we recommend consulting the published bans on this site before booking passage for a vehicle.

INVOICES

Tickets can be invoiced only at the explicit request of the customer before issuance, at the ticket office or via the call centre; online bookings cannot be invoiced.
